Registration for Graduate and Professional students & post-docs opens  January 16th, Monday at 4pm

Undergraduate registration begins Wednesday, January 18th, 4pm, if space is available.

$30. Please present UPenn Student ID at door.  Please arrive early for timely check-in.  

The PennTango Bootcamp is designed to train beginner level dancers to accelerate their learning through intensive exposure to Tango in a short period of time.  The goal of bootcamp is to have participants able to walk, embrace, rock-step,  cross, and turn with more confidence and ease. 

Students who have completed bootcamp will be eligible to take any of the beginner tango lessons offered this academic semester every Monday 8:00-9:00pm.

$30 Membership fee covers both the Bootcamp and the semester classes! (what a great deal!!!)  

As sponsored by GAPSA, priority is given to Penn graduate and professional students, and post-docs.  If space becomes available, we will also accommodate undergraduates.  Due to demand and limited space, we are not currently able to accomodate non-UPenn students or UPenn faculty/staff. 

The Bootcamp will take place over two days in January.  Each day will last approximately 2.5 hours PLUS a few breaks (3 hours total).  Participants must attend the entire two day course in order successfully complete the Bootcamp, and be eligible to participate in future classes.
